Like many people, I would love to write a book. I even know what the first books I would write would be about! They still needs lots of editing, but I’ll post chapters when I’m done. Read the introductions below!
Losing Grip
April 1st, 10:38 p.m. That’s when my world tumbled down around me. It was like I was trapped in ruins, with barely enough room to breathe. That’s when he pulled me out. Again. He was the one who’d gotten me this far. He’s saved me from shattering with the rest of my world. He’s also the reason that I was left alone, haunted by my past. And now he’s back. I’m not starting here though. Let’s go back to the beginning, when everything was normal, and I didn’t know what was coming.

Escape from Pangea
This isn’t what I thought my life would be like. It’s certainly not what life was like in the fairytales my family used to read to me. Then again, no-one really saw this coming. Except for him. He’s something like a scientist turned doomsday prep-er. Everyone thought he was crazy. Then the tide started to come in, and it never stopped. The whole world had to react quickly. Everyone who could moved inland, but it wasn’t enough.
That’s how my parents ended up on this big metal island. They moved shortly before I was born, and we’ve all been here ever since. It feels more like a prison to me, but my parents keep telling me how lucky we are. After all, who came on to Pangea was entirely up to him. He made sure of that when he build the damn thing. Now the only question is… how do I get off?
