Why does this seem so hard some days?
I’ve found that like most things in life, blogging isn’t what it originally seemed. Sometimes it’s SO EASY to write three new posts in a day, and then it’ll be a week and a half before I have another new idea. Never mind time to sit and write and proof! Half the time I write my posts on my phone while I have a break in my job, and just hope they’re good to go. I’m not here to pretend I’m perfect, after all. I rely a lot of my friends and boyfriend proofing for me.
I like it though! Even if I make mistakes or typos or don’t catch something on my little phone screen. Even if I write while I’m also working on ads for my job, and even when I get a little stressed out about what I should be writing. I’ve had a lot of fun with this, and I hope I can keep it up over time.
I tend to write about what’s happening in my life, which is definitely easier said than done in quarantine. Some days all I do is play Animal Crossing or listen to Podcasts (10/10 chance I will be listening to the beginning of season 6 of SKS today while I work). Some days I don’t do anything. That being said, do any other bloggers or content creators out there have any tips or tricks to get over the writer’s block?
(Side note: I am ALWAYS open to constructive criticism… or being made aware of typos…)
